Layout and design ideas
The light and airy Nordic style is the main frame of reference for modern expression in a historic building. The floors in the first and second floor apartments have a raw concrete look, whereas the ground floor has white oiled oak floorboards. The large windows, French balconies and glass outer doors let the daylight flow into the open kitchens, ensuring that all the apartments are inviting and have plenty of light. The black fill main doors, the black white façade and the raw steel and wood staircases are true to the strict visual theme, softened by the large white “Dannebrog” windows and flower boxes, creating an atmosphere and balance that is in demand.
All kitchens were designed specifically for these apartments. The front panels of the kitchen elements are black oak veneer. Tabletops are performed in black “corian”. Fitted sink in black composite material with chrome faucets. Extractor and spotlights are built into the top cupboards. The bathrooms feature grey ceramic tiles in the shower and on the floor, wall-mounted toilets, fitted washbasin furniture with white handle-free doors and stylish chrome faucets and shower fittings
